It will be a time for meaningful discussion, connection, vision, and resourcing, designed to support you in the real challenges and joys of leading a community. This event is for all Community Leaders across Beulah Campuses. Here’s what to expect:

1. New Leaders Field Guide

We will be giving out and unpacking a few items from our brand new Leaders Field Guide which will include: Practical tools for navigating conversations (oversharing, dominating voices, mental health, LGBTQ+ topics), recommended Grow Resources, and clear support for you as leaders.

2. New Leadership Pipeline

We’ll share how we’re simplifying and strengthening the pathway into community leadership for both new and current leaders.

3. Connection & Case Studies

Time to share ideas, work through real-life community challenges, name the strengths and growing edges of our church, and pray together.

4. A Word from Pastor Tim Doherty

Insight on Beulah’s challenges and opportunities, global disciple-making movements, and how your leadership fits into God’s story in Edmonton.

5. Really Good Food
