Expectations & Commitment

BTI is a school of ministry. It’s part-time and practical—but it requires maturity, ownership, and follow-through.

The Ministry Apprenticeship is a required and core part of BTI. It includes 120 hours of hands-on service per year, with coaching and support. Are you willing and able to participate fully in this component?
