God is our passion and growing in Him is our purpose. We cultivate expectations for God's kingdom in powerful and significant ways. We do this by living out four Spiritual Practices - Gather, Grow, Give, and Go - together:
• We Gather in a variety of ways - celebrated meals, sporting events, barbeques, and walks to encourage genuine fellowship, friendships, and to foster new relationships.
• We Grow through Spirit-filled worship at our weekly IRONMAN Small Circle gatherings from the inspired Word of God and through prayer, silence, solitude with Jesus, and other spiritual disciplines. We mentor and disciple one another to live Christ-like lives.
• We Give of our time and treasures to join the mission of God, reaching out to others in our churches and to the wider community in loving and practical ways.
• We Go by inviting men that we work, study, and play with into our lives and into places and events where God's love and the message are experienced, shared, and communicated.
